What a trip actually costs, in four parts.
Pick a trip, a month and how many of you. Flights move with the season, the nights are at the rates we actually pay, the transfers are real, and our fee sits on its own line because it is the whole of what we make.

Nothing here is a quote and none of it is paid to us. You buy the flights and the rooms yourself, at those prices, with your own card.

People assume the hotel is the lever. It is almost always the flight month.
Flights
- The band on each trip page is what we have actually booked in the last year, low season to high.
- Moving a fortnight either side of a school holiday is worth more than every other saving on this page put together.
- We book these last, once the shape of the trip says which pair of airports it wants.
On the ground
- A nightly figure from the places we use, not the cheapest bed in the city.
- Two people share a room; four take two. The sheet assumes that and says so.
- This is the line you can halve if you want to, and we will tell you what it costs you in sleep.
Transfers
- Airport runs and the moves between bases, which packages quietly leave out.
- Where the train is better than the car, the figure is the train.
Our fee
- Flat, by party size, whatever the trip costs.
- It does not move if you spend more, which is the entire point of charging it this way.
