• What exactly do I pay you?

  One flat planning fee, depending on how many of you are travelling. Nothing else — no booking fees, no percentage, and no commission from any hotel, airline or operator.

• Do I pay you for the trip itself?

  No. You pay airlines and hotels directly, with your own card, at their own prices. We only ever hold the planning fee.

• Are the numbers on the cost sheet real?

  They are the bands we see: a flight range for low and high season, a nightly land cost from the places we actually use, and real transfer costs. Your final total will land inside those bands unless you choose differently, and we tell you the day it moves.

• What if I want everything booked?

  We will do it, and we will say once that we think it is a mistake. After that it is your trip.

• Can you plan somewhere not on the list?

  Only if one of us has been. The list is short for that reason, and we would rather tell you no than plan from the same internet you have.

• What happens if something goes wrong while I am away?

  You have a number that reaches a person, not an inbox. We rebook what we booked at no further charge.

• How far ahead should we start?

  Four months for a fortnight, two for a long weekend. Less than six weeks and the flight price stops being a band and becomes whatever it is.

• Do you do honeymoons and family trips?

  Yes, and the fee is by party size rather than by occasion. A honeymoon does not cost us more to plan and will not cost you more here.
